You will be working with a professional bridal consultant who will guide you through the amazing journey of finding the dressYour consultant will talk with you about your vision and will pull gowns from our extensive collection, we have over 750. Once the room is set up with a selection, the two of you will go back to a fitting room. She will leave you in the room and ask you to undress. There will be a clean robe for you to slip on. Please know that we are there to make you feel comfortable so if you are modest and do not want to go without a bra that is fine. If you prefer, we also have a large selection of undergarments that we can provide for your use as well. We are here to help you get in and out of the gown, it definitely takes a helping hand!

Once you are in the gown we will assist you out to one of our stage areas where your party will be waiting (due to the current Covid restrictions we are allowing only the bride plus 2 guests).

Your consultant will take photos of you in the gowns that you love and e-mail them to you at the end of the day. Your guest are allowed to take photos as well, but we recommend that they focus on you instead.

Yes, we are a smaller studio so an appointment is always recommended.

While we do not charge for appointments. We do take a credit card number when you book an appointment on the weekends. If you can not come to your appointment, we ask that you call and cancel it 24 hours prior. If you do not your credit card will automatically be billed $50 fee.

Please understand that we are a small studio and weekends are in demand.

Our appointments are 90 minutes.

Our gowns start at $1,800 and go all the way to $7,000, with the average being between $2,500-$4,000. If you are looking for something a little less expensive we have a fabulous sample store a few doors down with over 500 gorgeous gowns to choose from.

Every designer and gown has different lead times. On the average we ask that brides place their orders 10 months before the wedding date. A gown takes an average of 6 months to make and arrive at our studio. If you have custom work or altering the design it can take additional time. Once your beautiful gown arrives, we have to tailor it to your body. We like to allow at least 8 weeks for this process.

Please do not worry many of our brides have said I do in a lot less time than that. Just give us a call and we can chat about all the details.

 

All wedding gown and accessories sales are final. There are no refunds exchanges, returns or credits on special order items.

Yes, we have a highly experienced team to make your gown the perfect fit.

The basic package for alterations is $650 dollars. This includes 3 fittings and your gown pressed, packaged and ready for your wedding day. It is recommended, but you are not obligated to use our tailoring team. Custom work is priced upon request.

On average we like to have 6-8 weeks before the wedding and/or bridal photo shoots, however we can always expedite. The depends on the dress and the amount of work involved. For the most accurate information please call to schedule a consultation.

At this time we do not do alterations on any gowns that were not purchased at our store.

Wedding gowns are made to be altered and taken apart. However every gown is different, please call for more detailed information.
